House Not Selling and you don't know
why? Does your living space
(or part of your living space) give you the 'creeps'?

If you are selling your home:
-
First and
foremost, timing can be everything! If you listed the house
and it is not moving, you might have signed the contract during a
void of course moon, mercury retrograde, or during some other kind
of 'sale dampening' energy.
-
If you have not
listed the house yet, I can provide you with exact dates and
times most auspicious to your selling your home fast.
-
If you have listed
the house, and need to re-sign the listing for a lower price,
knowing when to do so might also save you worry and stress.

Right now (2011) I
will provide an astrological work-up for $10. I am offering
the work-up at this price for research purposes, and would require
your giving me feedback on how long it took for the house to sell.
Now, if you listed
the house at a good time and it still isn't moving:

Over the years, I have sold several houses, and have learned a few
things about energy. When you wish to sell your house, and have not
'let go' of it in a
variety of ways, the house, though nicely priced and staged,
may not sell, or may take longer to sell.
-
Some of the ways you have
not 'let go' may not be obvious to you.
Other houses also may still hold energies of past owners in them - be that a
death or divorce in the house, or other emotional issues which prospective
buyers can subconsciously
feel and walk away from.

As a psychic, I
have learned that, unless I made the energy of the
house 'neutral' (I run some 'different' vibrational levels than most
folks), I even had a hard time finding an real estate agent
willing to sell the house!
-
Prospective buyers will unconsciously be attracted to houses of like
energy. For instance, if the seller has a home business,
people who also have a home
business will touch that energy and be more likely to buy. It
is like a 'color', only on the energy level. When you wish to sell a
home, you want the energetic 'color'
of the home to be as neutral as the physical updating you have done.
Unfortunately, the energetic 'colors' can only be felt and not seen, and
not easily, even by
real estate agents.
This is where the expertise of the House Psychic lies. What
I do:
If the house is not selling, I can do the following:
1. I can view the house remotely and, if I see anything that is
obstructing the energy, I will work with nonphysical 'cleaners' to
remove the energy.

This type
of energy removal is a type of reading done by phone with the
client/real estate agent..

Astrologically,
I will check on the timing of the sale of the house (not all nosales
are due to bad energy!).
-
If I 'note' any
energy that can be worked with remotely, I will attempt to
cleanse the house remotely (this doesn't always work!).
-
This reading
should take less than a half hour and the cost is $35.
2. I can visit the location onsite and deal with any obstructing
energies on site.

This
includes an astrological workup
(If the timing does not look
good, you may not want to spend the extra for me to come
onsite).

This also
includes:

Burying an icon *on the property (this
attracts likeminded buyers!).

Assessing 'hot' and
'cold' energy areas in the house.

Reading the energy
I see embedded in the walls.

Clearing out
whatever energies are in the house with the assistance of
nonphysical helpers.

(Optional)
Counseling the present owners on how to keep the energy of the
home 'clean' until it sells.

Price for an onsite
assessment/cleaning is $50**, plus $1 per mile (round trip) outside
the City Limits of Loveland, Colorado.

One Caveat: I
do preliminary readings on all homes before I go on site.

( There are some sites which may
have more negative energy than I can safely handle).

If this is the
case, then I will not go onsite, the charge may be nominal and I will include suggestions on what the
owner might do to deal with this energy (up to and including
vacating the premises, or checking out an exorcist).

Onsite
assessments are usually only available within 50 miles of the
Loveland Colorado area, unless I happen to be traveling to your
area. Some places I should be visiting occasionally are Northern
and Central Minnesota, other areas in Colorado, and areas in
New Mexico. If I plan to visit elsewhere, I will post the
date of that visit as soon as I know.

Previous remote assessment fees are applied to onsite assessments
If the house (or a
room in the house) is giving you the 'creeps':
-
I first assess
the energy to see if it is something I feel capable of working with
(no charge) (Note: I do not have to have the physical address to do
this).
-
If I feel I can
work with the energy, then this will probably involve an onsite
cleansing, though there may be instances where I can work remotely.
-
Charges for
remote/onsite assessments are the same as for selling a house. I
may also ask for astrological birthdate information, and the date one
has purchased the house, or signed a lease (not the date one has moved in).
