An Explanation of Focus
Levels:
Since age eighteen, I have sensed non physical
presences, talked with them, and worked with them, but until
2003, I only had a vague idea of where they came from.
At times, I felt like a blind person talking to people around me and
only knowing who they were by intuition, rather than vision.
Everything felt murky.
Then, in the winter of 2003, I began to attend seminars at the
Monroe Institute, which gives people the opportunity to learn what
they call focus levels. Since then, I have learned my
guides 'live' on various focus levels, and also where I can
contact them. For me, it was like pulling off a veil.
A focus level is a state of altered consciousness beyond normal
physical reality. The numbers assigned to them are
arbitrary, a way of naming a spot for common reference.
There are many focus levels, but the ones I refer to mostly in
my blogs are L10 L12 L15 L21 L27, L28 L33 L37 and L49.
For the convenience of those not acquainted with the focus
levels, I will now give a very brief description of what I
perceive them to be.
 | L10-12 are nonphysical
places closest to physical reality. Though their vibrations
are unique, I have lately been experiencing the two vibration
levels simultaneously. It is in those places where my
'Doritown' exists, and where I often begin my 'desktop tours.' |
| L15 is where no
time no space begins. My perception of it is a sky city with a
restaurant in it. Very often, those who have
transitioned meet me there (though the meeting place for many other
is L27). There is one 'set' of time tunnels there which I have
occasionally explored. |
| L21 is a place
that I see as equational. I personally have not explored the
area, though have found it to be a good place to explore from,
particularly from the Earth core. |
| L27 is a place where those who have recently left physical
reality, and those about to be born hang out. It is also a
place with a big library, schools, a research center and a
healing center. |
| L28 is connected to L27, but is a place where nonhumans
(extraterrestrials) connected to physical Earth in some way
reside. There may be more to L28 than that - but that is my
perspective. |
| L33 is where oversouls reside. It is also a place one
goes to begin to explore our solar system, other stars and other
galaxies. L34 is connected with L33 and
often come in as 'blended' energies. |
| L37 is not taught at Monroe. One of my guides suggested I go
there. It is a place of integration, and is not
very visual. My take on it is that it is a vibrational level of sound and energy. |
| L49 is a place where oversoul conglomerates dwell. If
you wish to travel to the core of this galaxy, you would
go to L49. It is a gateway to other realities and other
dimensions. |
| As other focus levels and/or terminology which may
not be familiar to a non-Monroe reader, I will be adding
explanations at this web page. I also plan to introduce the various
entities who speak to me from the various focus levels. |
